Warm up your Thanksgiving appetite with the 2012 Life Time Turkey Day 5k! Since 1989, the TD5k has brought family and friends together to start the day in a healthy way. Join runners, joggers, and walkers for a morning of fun.

Enjoy a scenic, flat 5K course with your family and friends! The course was designed to let runners experience downtown Phoenix in a unique, unhurried way. The TD5k starts at Wesley Bolin Plaza on Jefferson heading east to 3rd Ave, north to McKinley, south back to Washington via 4th Ave. The spectacular stretch into the finish line offers a picturesque backdrop highlighted with the State Capitol building.  Join us and prep for your appetite for your Thanksgiving Dinner!

Strollers are allowed, but must line up behind individual runners and walkers. Music players with headphones are allowed.

Registration is only available online until November 20 at midnight.

Early Material Pickup

Event parking is located behind the Capitol - between 18th and 19th Ave. and Washington and Jefferson.

The race day venue will be in the south parking lot of the Wesley Bolin Plaza. Here you will find race day registration, bib pick up for pre-registered athletes, our official food bank taking donation, awards tent and post race food.
